My name is TJ Dion

I graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with a Bachelors of Science in Electromechanical Engineering and a Minor in Applied Mathematics. After a few years working in industry, I decided to obtain my Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

I'm currently a Systems Engineer working in Plymouth, MA and decided to start my business to help other small businesses succeed. Small businesses are the backbone of America. I want to help your business in any way that I can and provide your business with the best service.

My Why

Dion's Services & Solutions offers solutions and services that every small business needs to utilize in the digital age. Whether your business can benefit from utilizing the latest and greatest automated tools or services, I'm prepared to help you succeed. My goal is to help your business gain more attention, monetize attention and increase the profitability of your business.

But why? Why am I passionate about helping small businesses succeed? Being apart of a small business is in my blood. Both of my parents were small business owners and it's now my turn, to continue in that legacy.

I grew up in a small local business; my family owned and operated Dion Signs & Service for over 35 years that operated all throughout New England. Based out of Central Falls, RI my father and his brothers followed in their grandfathers footsteps when they created their business. I had the opportunity to continue the legacy of Dion Signs, but I wasn't passionate about the industry. It wasn't my calling - it wasn't what I wanted to do with my life.

Although, I spent many years working for the family business. It taught me a lot about life; even more about hard work. It may have been my families business, but I did not get any special treatment. This taught me from a young age, what it means to work hard. To work towards your goals, and create the life that I wanted. I've created Dion's Services & Solutions to pay tribute to my families business... but with a twist. My twist. Combining my knowledge and expertise with my passion for small businesses.
